I need to get my shit together, but I honestly do not know what to do at all.

I don't have enough foresight to plan this crap.

Edit: How in the hell am I going to pay for this? I'll need tuition. Money for textbooks. Money to sustain this kind of life for 4 years, and maybe more because I don't just want a BSc.

And I've got to move, and I need money for food and fuck, I don't want to stay in res, but I can't afford anything else.

I'm going to be up to my ears in loans from the mob student loans.
